How it works
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at dermlynthlds@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll confirm your refund by email within 24 hours.
- Your money is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging and we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used toothbrushes cannot be resold. Our guarantee still covers your full refund — you do not need to return the used product.
